On a Mission to Equip the Next Generation...
Founder & Executive Director of Be GirlPwrd Girlfriends Ink | Speaker | Vision Coach
“Be GIRLPWRD was born from my own journey of becoming. I know what it’s like to need a plan, a safe space, and someone to believe in your potential. Now, I get to help young girls do the same—on purpose.”
Jessica's passion for purpose-driven work was born from her own transformation story. A creative visionary with a background in leadership, entrepreneurship, and women’s empowerment, she combines lived experience with strategy to create spaces where young women feel seen and equipped. Through Girlfriends Ink, she built a platform for adult women to dream boldly and plan intentionally—and Be GIRLPWRD is the natural evolution of that mission, extending it to the next generation. Jessica is committed to building a legacy that goes beyond inspiration and into impact.
How We Empower...
-
We’re not just building vision boards—we’re building women. 💜
Through mentorship, leadership development, and community events that celebrate progress and identity, we’re creating space for women to grow, glow, and go after what’s already theirs.
This is what becoming looks like—and we’re just getting started. ✨
-
We’re not just preparing girls for the future—we’re helping them own it.
✨ Through The Level Up Lab, we teach goal setting, vision planning, and creative confidence—because it’s never too early to dream big and build boldly.
🧠 With Mind the Plan, we bridge mental wellness with time management and productivity—because protecting your peace is part of the process.
-
We’re building more than programs—we’re building powerful foundations for girls to thrive.

Our Why
Growing up, I often felt like I had to figure it all out on my own. I had big dreams but little direction. And while I had strong women around me, what I really needed was structure—a space to explore who I was becoming with guidance, tools, and someone saying, “you’ve got this, and here’s how.”
Be GirlPwrd was born from that gap. I created what I needed back then: a movement that builds confidence, clarity, and courage in girls before the world tells them who to be.
As a mother, mentor, and woman who’s done the inner work, I know the power of mindset and planning. I’ve lived it—and now I’m pouring that into the next generation. Every program, workshop, and workbook comes from lived experience, years of mentorship, and deep belief in what happens when girls feel seen, supported, and strong.
The Mission
What We Do
We don’t do one-size-fits-all programming. We create intentional experiences that speak to different stages of a girl’s journey. Everything we offer is hands-on, empowering, and designed to create real transformation.
Here’s how we do it:
✨ The Level Up Lab
An interactive workshop that teaches goal setting, vision planning, creative expression, and confidence-building. It’s where girls learn to put their dreams on paper and in motion.
🧠 Mind the Plan
A program that bridges mental wellness with time management and productivity tools—because emotional well-being and structure go hand in hand.
💼 Career Her
Focused on career exploration, resume building, brand development, and interview prep for teens. It’s real talk, not just resume talk.
📣 Community Events
We host safe, affirming, and fun spaces that celebrate identity, growth, and personal power—because girls deserve joy while they grow.
Every tool and touchpoint is designed to help girls see themselves as capable, creative, and in control of their future.
The Impact
We’ve already seen what happens when you give girls tools and trust. They show up—bravely, boldly, and beautifully.
Girls who have participated in our programs report:
And this is just the beginning.
Our long-term vision is to expand Be GirlPwrd into more schools, youth organizations, and eventually, physical spaces where girls can gather, learn, and lead.
This is more than a nonprofit—it’s a movement.
One that’s building legacies through every girl we empower.
