THE ECOSYSTEM
GIRLCODE
Social-Emotional Learning + Mentorship GirlCODE is Be GirlPwrd’s signature SEL and mentorship experience for girls in grades 6–12. Through interactive sessions focused on identity, confidence, communication, boundaries, decision-making, resilience, planning, and purpose, girls build the skills to better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and make intentional choices.

PWRD FORWARD
Higher Education + Social-Emotional Learning PWRD FORWARD is Be GirlPwrd’s social-emotional learning curriculum for college students and emerging adults. The curriculum strengthens confidence, self-efficacy, emotional awareness, resilience, personal agency, decision-making, identity, and purpose as students navigate higher education and the transition into adulthood.

PWRD UP
Workforce Development + Career Exploration PWRD UP expands what girls believe is possible by exposing them to careers and industries where women are often underrepresented. Through hands-on experiences, industry professionals, live demonstrations, and interactive challenges, girls explore opportunities in technology, trades, logistics, manufacturing, engineering, transportation, and other high-demand fields.

LEVEL UP LAB
Goal-Setting + Personal Development Level Up Lab is a hands-on personal-development experience where the experiment is growth—and the participant is the project. Girls identify their strengths, explore their dreams, set meaningful goals, navigate challenges, and create an actionable Level Up Plan for what comes next.

DELIVERING CONFIDENCE
Community Impact + Confidence Delivering Confidence brings community, corporate partners, and volunteers together to place tangible reminders of care, encouragement, and confidence directly into the hands of girls. Through Confidence Kits, affirmation notes, wellness essentials, and community activations, the initiative turns collective support into something girls can see, hold, and feel.

Prom Access + Confidence Prom Closet helps girls step into one of life’s milestone moments feeling seen, celebrated, and confident. Through donated formalwear, beauty services, accessories, community partnerships, and sponsored prom experiences, Be GirlPwrd helps remove financial barriers while creating an experience centered on dignity, confidence, and celebration.

Identity + Confidence A stage of discovering who she is, where she belongs, and how to use her voice. Support centers on self-awareness, confidence, friendships, communication, boundaries, and healthy decision-making.
Agency + Future Readiness As choices carry greater weight, girls need space to strengthen confidence, leadership, resilience, decision-making, goal-setting, and their ability to imagine what comes next.
Transition + Self-Efficacy College brings greater independence, pressure, responsibility, and change. Students need tools to navigate identity, emotional awareness, confidence, resilience, belonging, personal agency, and purposeful decision-making.
Purpose + Forward Movement As young women move into careers, leadership, and greater independence, the focus shifts toward purpose, self-trust, adaptability, intentional choices, and building a life aligned with who they are becoming.
